  In our system, a campaign is a permanent asset. At any time you can change the list, the email message or any other component. The campaign can be run any number of times. We do not follow the concept of creating lists, email messages and campaigns for a single run.


What is your list review process? My current email vendor freezes my account until they review the list, which may happen on the next business day. These unnecessary delays result in business losses.

  We do not review lists and we do not freeze your account. We can do this because instead of adding bureaucracy, we add technology. We use technology to prevent sending emails to bad email addresses, to people who unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.


Managing lists is cumbersome in my email system. It's hard to find prospects because they are spread out in various lists. How can I do that in your system?

I have a long list of email messages. How can I search for one?

  We provide extensive email message search functionality. You can search by the title, subject, and the creation date. You can also search for words in the body of the email message. You can use any of these search parameters in combination. In addition, whenever you need to work with an email message, we usually have a selection box that lists all of them.


I would like to reuse a campaign. How can I find it?

  We provide extensive campaign search functionality. You can search by the title, list, email message, sender name, sender email, and last updated date. You can use any of these search parameters in combination. In addition, whenever you need to work with a campaign, we usually have a selection box that lists all of them.


Do you reject the whole data import file if there are any problems?

  No. You have the opportunity to review and correct errors. Any problem records are flagged and rejected. The good records are imported. If you choose to reject the import, the whole file is rejected and you can start over. If you accept, only the good records are kept.


I want to send out newsletters to the prospects I know and an introductory campaign to the new prospects. If I have a data file that has a mix of old and new prospects, it is a pain to sort them out manually. How can you help?

  You do not have to sort out them out manually. Our data import process performs many checks. It checks for and flags repeating records within the file as well as pre-existing prospects in your account. You can build up to 2 lists, one for the new prospects and one for the pre-existing ones.


Do I have to create a new list for each campaign? Do I have to create a new list every time I add a new prospect?

  No. One big difference between other email vendors and us is that you do not have to build a new list for each campaign. A list is a reusable asset that you can hook to any number of campaigns. You can edit your list at any time.


How do I make sure my email messages remain responsive and mobile friendly?

  You do need a little knowledge of HTML and strategic approach to make your email messages responsive and mobile friendly. Our pre-built templates are already responsive. Our higher level applications, bizLead onwards, provide for a special mobile friendly message to be included in the campaigns.


Can I use my own multi-media such as audio, video, or pdf files when building email messages?

  Yes, you can. All you have to do is load the media files and use them in the email message editor. We host audio, video, pdf, and image files for you so you don't have to use external links. But if you would like to, you certainly can.


How do you help in building quick email messages on the fly?

  We provide a WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) interface for building email messages. It's like editing in MS Word. We have also have pre-built templates you can use. Knowledge of HTML is not required but is helpful if you plan to create complex email messages.


Can I personalize and customize the email messages?

  Yes and its fairly easy with our WYSWIG editor. Within the editor we provide several place holders for things like your signature, prospect's information etc. You can simply position the place holder within the email message (both the subject line and the body). We have more than 30 place holders. When the email message is actually sent, the place holder values are filled in.


If I find a mistake in my campaign that I recently sent out, can I fix it?

  Yes. Any component of the campaign can be edited at any time. The only exception to this is that the email message, once delivered, can not be retracted. Our higher level applications, bizLead onwards, provide for landing pages that can be modified even after sending campaigns and the prospects always see the latest change.


Sending emails is tough with my email provider. For example, If you forget to send the newsletter to a certain group, you can't just resend the email. Instead, you have to create a copy of the newsletter and then go through the send process again.

  Yes. Initially, an email is given a benefit of doubt and allowed to be sent. If a prospect unsubscribes or marks your email as spam, they are automatically excluded from future campaigns.


If an email fails (invalid email) they (my email provider) blocks the entire email account and you have to contact support to help unlock the account. It would be great if you have a fix for this.

  We do not block your account for invalid emails. We use technology to prevent sending emails to bad email addresses, to people who unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.


Biggest issue with my email provider is the dramatic increase in pricing when you get even 1 subscriber above your limit. How do you charge?

  We charge based on the number of emails sent. Our lowest packages include 5000 email deliveries and you can always buy more. We do not charge by number of prospects and our lowest packages allow a quarter million prospects.


Do you report tracking beyond 24 hours?

  Yes. We report your tracking for the whole month. Provided you are a continuing customer, some tracking is kept much longer.


Even if I am continuing as a customer, my email provider deletes my data after 180 days. So I have to re-import in order to send emails. Do you?

  As long you are an active customer, we don't delete your assets, i.e. lists, email messages, images, multi-media, and prospects.


With my email provider I have to use an API to interface with a third party application for CRM. Do I have to use any APIs in your system?

  No. All our applications are self contained. CRM, email delivery and business intelligence are all integrated within the application.


Do you allow emailing to non opt-in prospects?

  Initially, an email is given a benefit of doubt and allowed to be sent. If a prospect unsubscribes or marks your email as spam, they are automatically excluded from future campaigns.


I am frustrated with my current email vendor. Sometimes I get a partial campaign out the door and run out of credits. I then need to reschedule the campaign after I buy more. I would prefer that it just completes once there are enough credits. Do I get to know how much credits I am left with in your system so I can better plan?

  At all times you can see how many email deliveries are left in your account. If you plan to send your campaign to a large list, all you have to do is buy more email deliveries.


Limited by industry: my company is in the financial services industry and one day my account was frozen by my email vendor. It turns out they decided to stop allowing financial companies to use their platform. It would have been great if they let me know BEFORE they froze my account so I would have some time to transition to another platform. Do you allow affiliate markets, Cryptocurrencies, stock trading or financial sector?

  Yes, we are industry agnostic. As long as you are not violating the law, we do not interfere.


Many email vendors are not supportive and have severe penalties for affiliate marketers. How do you handle affiliate marketers?

  We have no policy against affiliate marketing.


I sent out an email to my list; it wasn't spam, and didn't contain anything negative in it, and all of my leads were opt-ins, not imported... But after sending out a basic email, suddenly I couldn't access my account. My email vendor said something about violating terms of service - and I haven't heard back since. They didn't tell me WHAT was violated, which is also aggravating. Do you ever freeze accounts and for what?

How can I check what spam scoring my email message would get?

How do you handle the failed emails?

How can I avoid sending duplicate emails to people in different lists?

  The easiest way to do that would be to keep one list for the campaign. You can edit, combine, and recombine lists at any time. In one list, no one can appear twice.


How can I edit lists and move people around?

  List editing is very easy. You can add or remove the prospects any time. You can combine, recombine the lists. You can build a list from a list, merge lists, subtract a list from another. You can also conduct a search (e.g. all prospects that are CEOs and located in a particular zip code) and build a list.


My email provider limits me to 5 groups for sending emails at a time. Do you have any such limitation?

  No. We do not use the concept of groups within lists. You can build as many lists as you like and hook them to any campaigns you like. So there is no need for groups. Our campaigns are plug and play. At any time, you can change which list is used by a campaign.


When uploading large lists, many email vendors will freeze your account for "more information" about how you acquired those contacts. What is your policy?

  The list size is immaterial. We do not freeze accounts or make you wait.


Do I have to wait for an approval before proceeding to use the prospects that I imported?

  No. We can do this because instead of adding bureaucracy we add technology. We use technology to prevent sending emails to bad email addresses, to people who unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.


Several of our constituents unsubscribed and later they want to receive emails from us. How can we do this?

  All you need to do is send them a subscribe request email. Upon them subscribing back, they can start receiving emails from you. We comply with CANSPAM rules.


My email provider has very strict spam limit, which makes it almost impossible for me to send out my campaigns. How do you handle it?

My email provider can not handle text based emails. Can you?

  Yes, we can. You can build any type of email messages, from the simplest to the most complex. We do not force you to use HTML or templates but you do have those options.


How do I ensure my email messages are going to look pretty across different email browsers such as outlook, gmail etc.?

  Once you build your email message, you can preview it. In addition, you can send a test email to yourself. You can also build a test list made up of gmail, yahoo, hotmail and other email addresses and send out the email campaign to this test list.


Do I need to use external links for photos and videos in my email messages?

  We host audio, video, pdf, and image files for you so you don't have to go outside. But if you would like to, you certainly can.


Can I freely load, size, move my images?

  Yes, you can. It's fairly easy with our WYSWIG editor.


Can I build my own templates and reuse them?

  Yes. You can build an email message that you would like to use as a template. Then just make a copy and edit.


How can I import the messages that I either got built through other editor or another email provider?

  Simply copy and paste the HTML source in our editor.


How many images can I have in the email message?

  There is no limit. However to avoid getting caught into spam filters, you may want to have an optimal balance of text and images.


Can I superimpose text on image or vice versa?

  Yes, you can by using overlays feature.


Do you have spell check functionality in your email message editor?

  Yes.


Do I have to load all the photos before using them in the email message builder?

  You can either load or use external links of photos.


I am writing a long email message. I would like the prospect to jump back and forth between different sections of the email message when viewing. How can I do that?

  Use anchors in our editor.


Can I put my phone number in the footer information with our address?

  Yes, you can. Within the editor we provide several place holders for things like your phone number. You can simply position the place holder within the email message. When the email message is actually sent, the place holder values are filled in.


When wishing to review and share our communication plan, I have a hard time printing out the emails through many email providers. In the end, we have to copy the emails, paste into word, and then print. Is it possible to print them directly from your email message builder?

  Yes. The editor has printing capability.

  Yes. You can set up multiple delivery schedules for a campaign.


With my current email provider, editing a scheduled campaign is not allowed. I have to first un-schedule it, edit and then reschedule. What are my options with your system?

  Any component of the campaign can be edited at any time until it gets sent. It can even be edited after sending, for the next run.


I was told by my email provider that we could no longer send emails to customers over 18 months old. What is your policy?

  We do not have any such restriction.


Can I send out my campaign right away if my list is not approved?

Can I view a previous campaign to keep track of the performance?

  We pre-check dependencies before allowing deletion of assets (images, lists, and email messages). We let you know where an asset is being used.


Do you allow sending test emails to more than 5 people?

  Yes. You can send test emails to as many people as you like. Simply add them to the list.


Many email vendors allow you to export prospects from lists. I end up dealing with multiple files and also a prospect repeating in multiple files. Moreover the prospect information (e.g. job title) may be inconsistent between files. It takes me hours or days to clean up. How are you able to overcome such a situation?

Do you impose any limitations on changing an existing "regular" campaign into an A/B test?

  We do not designate a campaign as a regular campaign vs. A/B testing campaign. Each campaign will provide you statistics. It's up to you how you decipher the results.
