Anyone found using misleading claims, inaccurate information or false testimonials (or anything that does not comply with FTC guidelines) will have their affiliate account revoked immediately.
7. Vendor reserves the right to terminate any affiliate found to be breaking any rules and using grey-hat/black-hat marketing practices to drive sales or for any other reason.
8. Affiliates can not create social media pages with the product name or brand name to avoid confusion and prevent abuse. Anyone found using "brand name" "website name" or "product images" on their FaceBook Fanpage or other social platform to promote the product without permission will be banned immediately.
9. You may not give cash rebates as it may increase refund rates. Cash rebates of any kind are not permitted.
10. All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by Pixl Inc. (dba bizApps). You will use the content solely for the purposes of promoting bizApps products, including bizVideo.
11. You agree to indemnify and hold Pixl Inc. (dba bizApps) and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Pixl Inc. (dba bizApps) arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities.
12. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable .
